By engaging with 12 Palaces ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms.
12 Palaces provides personal readings and private advisory services based on a proprietary framework of strategic observation. Our work illuminates patterns and possibilities — it does not predict specific outcomes.
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. For matters requiring such advice, please consult an appropriately licensed professional.
Personal Readings are delivered within 3-5 business days of confirmed payment and receipt of your birth details. Private Advisory engagement timelines are set out in the engagement letter.
Once a reading has been prepared, fees are non-refundable. If we are unable to prepare your reading for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
All readings and engagements are held in strict confidence. We do not publish client lists or reference our principals.
You acknowledge that decisions made on the basis of any reading remain entirely your own. 12 Palaces, its principals, and affiliates accept no liability for decisions made or actions taken based on our work.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
